Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in managing both interior and exterior construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring high standards of quality, coordination, and efficiency across all phases of construction.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all trades and subcontractors on-site daily to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.

Assist in the procurement and scheduling of material deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply chain coordination.

Interpret and work from construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings, and assist with scheduling and passing all required inspections.

Supervise and lead both company employees and subcontractors, with a focus on high-quality workmanship and job site safety.

Ensure attention to detail and quality control throughout all phases of finish construction.

Maintain clear documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant computer tools.

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management (interior and exterior projects).

Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.

Proven leadership and daily job site coordination experience with both subcontractors and in-house teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy for communication, documentation, and project tracking.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of local building codes and inspection processes.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
