Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Roll-Off Driver to join our team. This role involves safely operating roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up dumpsters at job sites, businesses, and residential properties. Drivers must ensure containers are properly placed and secured, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate roll-off truck to deliver, exchange, and pick up dumpsters from customer locations.

Inspect truck and equipment daily to ensure safe operating conditions.

Secure loads in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.

Maintain accurate service records, logs, use computer application to record all data.

Communicate with dispatch regarding service updates, site conditions, or delays.

Provide courteous and professional service to customers at all times.

Adhere to all company safety protocols and DOT regulations.

Requirements:

Class B CDL (minimum) – Class A preferred.

3–5 years of roll-off driving experience required.

Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) — no accidents or infractions within the past 3 years.

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices.

Computer skills, attention to detail.

Ability to operate trucks in tight spaces and variable jobsite conditions.

Ability to lift, climb, bend, and perform physical tasks in all weather conditions.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Must be able to read, speak and write English in a clear proficient manne
