DeltaV Senior Automation Engineer (Onsite)

Our practice is seeking a highly qualified DeltaV Senior Automation Engineer with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications.

Location: Lansdale, PA Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States Responsibilities:

Design, program, and configure DeltaV systems, PLCs, SCADA and related software.

Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other collaborators.

Develop technical documents, including design specification, user manuals, and operational procedures.

Develop and implement automation strategies for industrial process control systems.

Tackle, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems.

Participate in project management and project coordination.

Supervise and analyze system performance.

Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.

Apply proven practices, standards, and procedures related to automation systems.

Maintain and update knowledge of evolving automation technologies

Work in a shift rotation that operates in 24x7x365 Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years relevant automation life science manufacturing experience

Strong knowledge in DeltaV systems, PLCs, SCADA and related software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Flexibility to work in a shift rotation that operates 24x7x365. Benefits:
