Join our dynamic team as an Analog/Mixed-Signal Verification Engineer. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing innovative verification techniques for cutting-edge circuits and systems, ensuring their accuracy and reliability before tape-outs. You will have the exciting opportunity to engage in various aspects of AMS verification, such as behavioral modeling, simulation, and mixed-signal integration.
As a key member of our small, talented team, your projects will involve:
Verifying high-speed, low-noise analog circuits.
Ensuring the correctness of complex direct-RF digital beamforming and secure hardware systems.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with design teams to identify verification gaps and propose effective coverage-driven solutions.
Contribute to post-silicon validation, debugging, and characterization efforts to ensure correlation with pre-silicon verification.
Create detailed behavioral models of analog and RF components using SystemVerilog, Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, or other relevant modeling languages.
Define comprehensive testbenches and validation plans for seamless integration between analog and digital subsystems.
Develop and implement AMS verification methodologies for high-performance analog, mixed-signal, and RF circuits, including DACs/ADCs, PLLs, LNAs, and VGAs.
Perform functional and mixed-signal verification with industry-standard AMS simulation tools.
Stay informed about advancements in AMS verification methodologies, tools, and semiconductor process technologies.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in developing advanced verification flows from inception to execution.
Solid background in analog, mixed-signal, and RF circuit verification, including behavioral modeling, simulation, and validation.
Expertise in using industry-standard AMS verification tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE-XL, and real-number emulation on Cadence Palladium or Synopsys ZeBu platforms.
Familiarity with VCS, Xcelium, and other similar tools.
