Job Summary

Summary: At Levy we celebrate culinary excellence and incredible fan experiences in extraordinary places. From award-winning restaurants to iconic events, Levy defines world-class hospitality at more than 350 sports and entertainment venues, cultural attractions, special events and convention centers. We serve large-scale events with precision, creativity, and consistency. We’re looking for a dependable, trustworthy and independent driven Lead Cook to help us prepare large quantities of food with speed, accuracy and care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prep ingredients for large-scale catering menus

Promotes a positive work environment

Follow recipes and prep lists with precision

Label and store food items according to safety standards

Assist with packaging and organizing food for transport off site

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen

Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and event schedule

Support chefs and kitchen staff during event prep and execution

Support Culinary Supervisor/Chefs with ordering products, maintaining organization in food storage areas

Running prep production daily
