RDC Operations Manager - Warehouse & Distribution

Monday - Friday

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Training on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), transitioning to 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) during peak season (July - December), then returning to 1st shift.

Job Duties:

Provide strategic oversight of all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and staging

Lead and develop warehouse teams to meet performance and quality targets

Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning, employee training, and regulatory compliance

Ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods through the facility

Promote and enforce a culture of safety, cleanliness, and operational discipline

Support inventory management, process improvements, and facility optimization initiatives

Act as a point of escalation and provide coverage for other Operations Supervisors as needed

Requirements:

2–4 years of progressive leadership experience in a logistics, distribution, or warehouse setting

Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams

Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field preferred
