Warehouse Dock Lead

Location: Groveport, OH (Logistics Distribution Center)

About the Role

As a Warehouse Dock Lead, you will oversee daily operations at our receiving and shipping docks. You’ll ensure inventory moves smoothly, safely, and efficiently through the facility, managing both dock activity and a team of warehouse associates.

Requirements:

2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse/distribution dock area (DC environment preferred); managing 3+ team members.

Must have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Forklift experience (Sit Down, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Hi-Lo).

Solid understanding of inventory systems and experience coordinating cross-functional partnerships.

Commitment to safety, compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
