Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with small to medium-sized businesses seeking to automate their filling and capping processes. Provide guidance and support to customers with little or no experience in automation, helping them understand the benefits and features of the systems offered.

Sales Focus: Focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities with companies that may not have existing automation solutions in place. Help customers transition from manual or semi-automated systems to fully automated processes.

Education & Consultation: Educate potential customers on the benefits of automation, especially those unfamiliar with the technology. Provide clear, easy-to-understand explanations of how automation can improve efficiency and streamline their operations.

Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with the engineering team, procurement and productions teams to ensure smooth project execution from sale through delivery, while keeping your primary focus on closing sales and building customer relationships.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Partner with internal teams to provide post-sale customer support, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues related to equipment performance.

Key Skills Focus:

Technical Aptitude: The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical knowledge in equipment sales and the ability to explain complex machinery to clients with little automation experience .

Client Education & Consultative Selling: The candidate must be skilled in consultative selling, particularly when working with customers who are transitioning from manual to automated systems. Educating clients on the benefits of automation and guiding them through this process is crucial.

B2B Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to excel in B2B sales, particularly with small to medium-sized businesses that require a personalized approach and hands-on support.

Collaboration: Experience working with project managers and internal teams to ensure that client needs are met throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

Strategic Account Management: Proven ability to manage key accounts, develop long-term relationships, and drive business growth through effective account management techniques.

Qualifications:

Experience in B2B Sales or Equipment Sales: At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with technical or equipment sales background. Familiarity with automation equipment is a plus but not required.

Certifications (Preferred): Certifications such as Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) or Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) will be a plus for candidates looking to excel in strategic and consultative selling .

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, particularly in explaining complex solutions in simple terms.
