Warehouse Patrol Associate – Groveport, OH
Pay: $19.00 - $19.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 3:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Location: Groveport, OH
Are you ready to play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations and supporting a safe, orderly environment at one of our dynamic warehouse or distribution center locations?
As a Warehouse Patrol Associate, you'll serve as a key presence on the floor—conducting regular rounds, supporting building protocols, and ensuring a professional, well-maintained, and secure environment. While this role includes monitoring and access oversight, it is not a security position. You’ll be using client-provided equipment and systems to help support their building operations and evolving needs.
Essential Job Functions
Facility Oversight & Administration
Manage building access, including issuing ID badges and visitor/vendor passes
Maintain accurate records of patrol activity, entry/exit logs, and visitor logs
Use client systems to report building-related issues or incidents
Ensure no bypassers or unauthorized individuals enter the facility
Verify that no one entering the building is carrying harmful or prohibited items, in line with safety guidelines
Facility Patrol
Conduct 3–4 rounds per shift, patrolling interior and exterior areas
Monitor facility conditions, identifying safety, maintenance, or operational concerns
Inspect key areas regularly and ensure adherence to building protocols
Greet and direct associates, guests, and vendors in a professional manner
Training Support
Help identify training needs for new employees
Assist with onboarding and communicate facility procedures clearly
Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a related facility or operations support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
Professional, team-oriented, and customer-service focused
