Front Desk/Receptionist

Job Description

This is not an exhaustive list of your duties while employed here, but it includes many of the services you will initially perform and provide to our clients:

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls from our policyholders.

Answer and place calls, meet with customers, file, fax, email, and accept payments.

Answer general insurance questions.

Process payments on existing policies.

Report and assist clients with claims.

Gather insurance leads independently from various sources, including networking, marketing, cold calling, lead databases, and referrals.

Generate quotes and produce new business for auto, home, and commercial insurance.

Cross-sell other lines of business such as motorcycle, boat, umbrella, commercial general liability, commercial auto and life insurance.Company Description
