Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth by leasing commercial dishwashers to new and existing customers.

Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team.

Work alongside your Service Technicians to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Oversee branch operations, including inventory, budgeting, AP/AR, and daily deposits.

What you bring:

Proven leadership experience in sales, operations, or restaurant/hospitality management.

Achievement in sales, particularly with cold calling/prospecting new leads in the field.

Strong coaching, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset—thrives in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Location: 541 Business Park Dr #G, Medford, OR 97504

Schedule: M-F 7am-4:30pm, with on call rotation every 6-8 weeks.
