Information Systems Manager (Epic Experience Preferred)

Full-Time Day Shift $102K–$150K + Benefits & Relocation

We are seeking a Manager of Information Systems to lead a dynamic team and oversee enterprise-level systems, with Epic EHR experience as a key differentiator.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage a 10-person IS team (Helpdesk, Network, Server Admin, Application Admins, etc.)

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Information Systems department

Coordinate technical and non-clinical support for all IS projects

Ensure system uptime, clinical quality, and patient safety through technology

Implement and support Hospital Information Systems (including EHR integration)

Optimize workflows, conduct appraisals, and provide staff coaching

Help develop policies, procedures, and strategic IS plans

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

7+ years of system administration or technical leadership

2+ years managing enterprise systems or EHR (Epic experience strongly preferred)

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration

Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a healthcare or hospital setting

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $102,000 – $150,000 based on experience

Full benefits package

Relocation reimbursement up to $3,000 (receipts required)
