Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team in delivering telecommunications projects on time and within scope. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers and field leads with daily coordination and administrative tasks.

Maintain project schedules, budgets, timecards, and material tracking.

Organize and document stakeholder meetings; track action items and decisions.

Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables stay on track.

Coordinate travel and access requests for field teams.

Track labor production and project milestones.

Manage documentation, including test results and as-built files.

Assist with risk assessment and issue resolution.

Facilitate communication between office and field teams.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a project coordination or related role.

At least 2 years supporting construction or telecom infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project tracking tools a plus.

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Understanding of telecom networks and construction workflows.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.Company Description
