Duties
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in collecting and documenting requirements and testing within Workday Recruiting.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Workday's Recruiting module and be able to perform impact analysis as needed. Preferred experience with interview scheduling and interview management systems such as BrightHire. Key Responsibilities
Participate in discovery and design sessions to ensure requirements are understood.
Document all technical requirements and review them with business and tech teams to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Collaborate with the Client's Integration Specialists to ensure all technical requirements have been documented.
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure the system is configured to the requirements.
Perform regression testing to ensure new configurations or updates do not negatively impact existing functionality, meet the business requirements, and are user friendly.
Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the system.
Troubleshoot and report or resolve any technical issues that arise.
Basic configuration within the Workday Recruiting module and BrightHire as needed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project alignment and mitigate risks or issues.
Assist with setting up and maintaining test environments, including creating and modifying business processes, notifications, alerts, questionnaires, etc.
Support the implementation of new features and functionality by testing in Workday and provide insights and recommendations based on test findings. Skills:
At least 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in HRIS
Knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module is required, experience with interview scheduling and interview management tools is preferred
Strong understanding of the recruiting function is preferred
Proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external collaborators
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels within the organization
Ability to drive efficiency while managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities
Having a strong ability for attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage user expectations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint
