COMPENSATION

Mileage pay

Monthly safe driving bonusDrivers can make $1,200-$1,500 weekly average ( pay based on days availability to work, drivers experience level, and/or endorsements. CPM $0.48-$0.72, Layover and detention pay applies

HOME TIME

Schedules start early, some night driving may be required Drivers will be home every WEEK for resets

Position Details -

Home weekly for resets

100 %No Touch Freight

Mostly Drop & Hook

Pick Ups in PA, MD, runs eastern route

15% Live Loads at receiver location

2500 or more weekly average miles

Picking up preloaded trailers at customer center

Steady customer interaction on daily bases

Driver will make deliveries to dedicated vendors and warehouses

Drivers can take trucks home during resets or drop at nearest yard

QUALIFICATIONS at minimum

Valid CDL A -required for all drivers will train new drivers wit availability of mentors

Recent driving school graduates welcome Must be from accredited CDL A school with completion of 120 hours minimum.

Recent Graduate training can be for up to 6 weeks PAID

Recent graduates will complete on the road training with a mentor, upon completion drivers will be assigned to personal trucks and dedicated lanes based on freight availability.

21+ years of age

Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen

License to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record

Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Successfully pass driver physical.

Ability to understand and follow instructions and guidelines.

Ability to abide by all pertinent traffic laws and regulations

Responsibilities-

Safe, legal and efficient operation of the tractor and trailer at all times.

Pre- and Post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and legal. Submit reports to detail tractor and trailer conditions.

Maintain records such as vehicle logs, working hours, vehicle service, and repair status.

Professionally represent the company to customers.
