At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the companys expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as its materials and processing expertise.

Who YOU Are And What YOU Can Become

You would be leading the engineering team and managing new and existing Nacelle and Engine Build Up programs. It includes providing leadership and coordination of the engineering team assigned to the programs to support new designs and improving existing designs. You would be providing support for internal investigations of field issues and determining if design changes can provide relief for certain supply chain challenges are also part of the job. In addition, you would be interfacing with customers and internal senior staff.

What YOU Will Do

Responsible for developing and managing cross-functional product focused programs.

Manages the project and interfaces with partners, contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions.

Manages program resource and budget allocation/integration.

Engineering lead and focal for the program.

Responsible for the planning and execution of all Engineering deliverables to support qualification, certification, and production of Nacelle hardware to agree technical specifications, schedule, and budget.

Develops, maintains, and communicates; priorities and executable plans for a diverse domestic and global team to support internal business and Customer requirements.

Supports monthly Engineering Operations reviews with variance assessments, corrective action, updated Forecast (budget and resource), key risks/abatements, and help needed.

Manage an integrated master schedule (IMS) with inputs from the team and provide assessment of multiple critical path(s).

Develop action plans with guidance to respond to issues/problems.

What YOU Must Bring To Succeed

Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree from an accredited university or college.

Minimum of 5 years of engineering work experience.

Desired Characteristics

Experience in leading technical programs in the Aerospace industry.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to influence others and lead small teams.

Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

Effective problem identification and solution skills.

Proven analytical and organizational ability.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Estimate salary range for this role: $92,000 to $138,100 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
