Role Overview Lead EHS initiatives for Tormod, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Serve as a key member of the leadership team, developing and improving EHS KPIs, fostering a safety culture, and managing EHS staff.

Collaborate with Hargrove's EHS leaders to implement best practices and oversee marketing, proposals, and project execution to enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with EHS regulations Conduct risk assessments and improve safety procedures Promote safety culture and audit adherence Manage injury cases and training programs Review subcontractor and client agreements for risk Build relationships with external stakeholders Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred.

Certifications: CSP, ASP, SMS, CHST, or STSC preferred.

Experience: Proven multi-site EHS leadership with strong KPI results and cultural change experience.

Skills: Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, GMP, ANSI standards; safety principles; excellent communication; business and negotiation skills; team leadership; proficiency in MS Office.
