Reporting to the CEO/Owner, this role is a critical leader in the success of our business. You'll lead our efforts to gain new business and provide exceptional customer service. You'll also work with customers to engage them in the opportunity for our business, work to set up appointments, and assist in scheduling our teams to perform our service at the customer's house or business. You'll have the flexibility to perform your role behind a desk and out in the community. Many Shine Business Development Managers across the country choose this role for its career potential.

Shine is a window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and house washing company. During the Holiday Season, we also decorate people's homes and businesses with our distinct holiday lights.

Responding to emails, phone calls and voicemails from customers

Estimating projects

Outside and inside sales

Scheduling jobs

Communicating with staff throughout the day

Daily/weekly/monthly planning

Meeting with customers at homes and businesses

Maintaining a safe work environment
