Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Factory Supervisor with bilingual capabilities and managerial experience to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive, work ethic, and experience in construction and production environments. This role ensures that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, meeting quality standards and production targets.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the manufacturing floor.

Ensure production schedules are met.

Monitor workflow and production processes.

Train and manage factory workers.

Maintain safety and quality standards.

Address and resolve any production issues.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in management or a related field is a plus.

2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

It will be a huge plus to be bilingual (Spanish/English)
