Drive Mission Success Through Real-Time Geospatial Intelligence
As a mid-level GEOINT Analyst supporting time-sensitive operations, you will play a key role in delivering first-phase geospatial intelligence to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in St. Louis, MO. Your expertise will contribute directly to real-time decision-making and have an immediate impact on mission success. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to deepen your GEOINT skills while working in a dynamic, high-priority intelligence environment.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced, 24/7 shift environment, conducting initial GEOINT analysis, managing collection tasks, and delivering critical indications and warnings. Your responsibilities will include producing rapid-turnaround intelligence products and responding quickly to emerging requests for information. With a high level of autonomy, you’ll take the lead on complex analytic and collection tasks that support urgent national security priorities. In this collaborative role, you’ll partner closely with government stakeholders and mission teams to ensure timely, actionable intelligence reaches decision-makers. Beyond your core analytic duties, you may also mentor junior team members, streamline workflows, and create mission-tailored multimedia products to support operational goals.
* This is a shift-based position supporting 24/7 operations, typically consisting of 12-hour shifts that rotate every four weeks between weekdays and weekends*
Requirements:
Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to undergo a CI Polygraph exam
3+ years of imagery analysis experience
Proficiency in GEOINT tools and software (ArcGIS, RemoteView, ISpy, Orchestration Services, IEC, etc.) to streamline workflows and produce high-quality GEOINT products
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision
Proven ability to meet client standards and produce GEOINT products of high quality while working rotating 24/7 shifts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
HS Diploma or GEDDesired:
GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) – Fundamentals or higher
Experience with Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) methodologies
Familiarity with GEOINT collection management systems and analytical databases.
Prior experience performing first-phase GEOINT work and understanding of collection capabilities and methods
