CEW Operator – Now Hiring (Delaware, OH)

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Opportunities Available

Acloché is partnering with a leading CEW (Copper Electric Wire) facility in Delaware, OH to find reliable and mechanically inclined individuals to join their team. These temp-to-hire roles offer hands-on experience in a fast-growing sector supporting electric vehicle production.What You’ll Do:

Apply enamel coating to copper wire used in electric motor components

Learn by observation—this role requires a mechanical mindset and visual learning

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery

Work within a 90-ft tower structure, climbing see-through stairs regularly throughout the day

Practice independent problem-solving and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervisionIdeal Candidate Will Have:

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow visual instruction

Experience or comfort with industrial equipment or maintenance tasks

Ability to work independently and think critically under pressure

Comfort with heights and a physically demanding environment

12-hour rotating schedule:

1st Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

2nd Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Rotating Schedule Includes:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours)

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)Why Acloché?
