Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Make a Difference Every Day!
Location: Oak Ridge, Knoxville, Sunbright, Clinton & Wartburg, TN
Pay: $15.25/hour or more (based on shift - Weekends pay $22.88/hour+ min)
Shifts: 3 days on/ 4 days off (12 hour shifts) - Part Time/Full time available

Responsibilities:
As a DSP, you’ll work directly with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live their best lives. You will be advocates for the person you support and work with them to perform daily life activities, whether it’s assisting with daily routines, going grocery shopping, helping with medications, or just hanging out and watching a movie - every day is different, and every moment matters.
Supporting individuals with daily living activities
Helping with transportation to appointments or fun community outings
Preparing meals or helping with household tasks
Building meaningful relationships
Encouraging independence and celebrating progress
