We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the automation, deployment, and optimization of our Windows Server and IIS-based environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Azure DevOps CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud-based solutions. This role is instrumental in improving operational efficiency, enhancing system reliability, and ensuring secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management for Windows Server and IIS environments.
Monitor and optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, ARM templates, and other IaC tools.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment-related issues.
Implement best practices for DevOps processes, security, and cloud governance.
This position requires on-site work within the United States.
Candidates must hold U.S. citizenship or legal permanent resident status.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: 8+ years in DevOps, system administration, or cloud engineering.
Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and IIS configuration.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD), including pipelines and repositories.
Proficiency in PowerShell, YAML, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Azure Functions and other cloud automation tools.

This is a contract-win contingent opportunity. It is attached to a 2.5 year government contract to begin this fall to modernize a public-serving website within the education sector through a complete redesign and build. Tribute and its partners will be submitting a proposal bid for this contract in July. With intent-to-hire upon contract win, we are actively recruiting qualified candidates to include as part of our best team.
