Job Description
$14 - $15 hourlyResponsibilities:
Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
Field customer complaints when necessary
Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Qualifications:
Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred
Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skillsAbout Company
