Job Responsibilities
Position Summary: Build and test spray products to support Lincoln Electric Automation’s line of metal casting products. These products are produced in various volumes and require complete testing upon assembling. Troubleshooting and rework of some items may be required, with support from other departments.
With general supervision, assembles the designated spray component or product according to drawing/schematics
Test products and troubleshoot, as needed, for quality
Utilize problem reporting and resolution tools, working with other departments
Remain a competent, professional staff member capable of meeting established production and quality goals in a timely and efficient manner.
Other duties, responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Essential skills and experience:
High School diploma or equivalent experience required
Ability to use basic hand tools and learn specialized equipment
Ability to read and understand work instructions such as schematics, blueprints and job orders
Ability to perform tasks with high accuracy and high repetition
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills
Preferred Skills or Experiences
Experience with precision measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
