Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the School of Business, including full-time and adjunct faculty, degree programs, and curriculum development.

Develop and assess course offerings and degree programs to ensure academic excellence.

Manage the schools budget and participate in faculty recruitment and development.

Promote research and scholarship within the school.

Maintain the Business Advisory Committee and ensure alignment with industry standards.

Lead the schools efforts in accreditation processes, including familiarity with American institutional accreditation and specialized systems such as AACSB.

Ensure the School of Business website is up-to-date and accurately reflects program offerings and achievements.

Masters Business Administration (Recent PhD graduates are encouraged to apply).
