Join our team as a Compensation Analyst and influence data-driven decisions that impact every employee!

Play a pivotal role in compensation analysis by completing salary surveys, compiling market data, preparing reports, and presenting findings.

This role will also be responsible for: Managing projects related to compensation analysis Recommending areas of process improvement related to compensation analysis Responding to requests for reports and information by developing, maintaining, and distributing standard and custom reports and queries Ensuring accurate documentation of all procedures and practices applicable to functions and responsibilities Developing appropriate communication and training based on organizational needs Supporting the Manager & Executive Compensation and Pay-for-Performance annual reviews Functioning within HRIS as needed to support compensation analysis and pay-for-performance review Exercising utmost discretion and working with highly confidential data Other team functions include HRIS configuration and security, time and labor, and employee data management.

Qualifications Physical Requirements: Sedentary work; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time in normal office conditions, but does involve walking or standing outside periodically for inspections, customer calls, etc.

Physical demands for a specific position within this classification may vary and / or exceed those demands described above.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university 3+ years of experience in compensation, HR, accounting/finance, business, or related professional role Excellent team and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with all levels of employees and management Ability to work with confidential information and exercise discretion Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word and Excel Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share insights with stakeholders Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple project Valid driver’s license Preferred Requirements: Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HRIS Data analysis experience with strong computer and query skills, including an intermediate level of MS Office Suite and HRIS Excellent customer service Selection Process About the Selection Process: Phase 1 – Apply online at Phase 2 – Experience, training, and education evaluation Phase 3 – Interview with department representatives Phase 4 – Written, performance, and behavioral exercises Phase 5 – Background Investigation Phase 6 – Physical assessment and/or drug screen* *KUB is part of the Tennessee Drug Free Workplace Program If special accommodations are needed at any phase of the selection process, please notify Human Resources in advance.
