1st Shift Crew Lead - Basement Solutions

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Crew Lead to join our team at a trusted basement solutions company. In this role, you will lead a crew in the installation and repair of waterproofing systems, foundation supports, and other structural improvements for residential basements. If you have hands-on construction experience, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering quality work, we want to hear from you!

Job Duties: Crew Leader

Basement restoration

Gutter installation

Laying Pipes

Drainage Division-exterior downspout drainage line installations

Manage a crew of one to two workers while completing the specifications provided

Communicate with Operations Foreman and Owner to ensure smooth job processes

Communicate professionally to both customers and crew members

Mid to heavy lifting, digging, and use of power tools daily

Mini Excavator and Mini Skid Steer Operation when needed

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Drive to job sites with company vehicles

Interact with customers professionally with exceptional customer service

Read and interpret work orders and communicate with team members

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License w/ Clean Driving Record

2+ Years of Construction Experience

Mini Excavator and Mini Skid Steer Experience is a PLUS

General Construction/Masonry/Concrete Knowledge (Foundations, Drainage, Waterproofing, Excavation, and Grading)

Job Details:

M-F 7:30am- whenever job is complete (33-55 hours per week)

Pay Rate is $20.00/hr

Year-Round Employment

No Weekends/Holidays
