Full Desk, Executive and Sr.

Executive Recruiters Position Overview: We are seeking experienced professionals with an engineering background to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our engineering teams.

You will leverage both traditional recruiting strategies and innovative channels to meet staffing objectives across various engineering disciplines, including Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Process, and Construction Engineering.

As part of your role, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams and work directly with hiring managers to support staffing needs, manage candidate pipelines, and execute recruiting strategies for Contract, B2B, and Direct Hire roles.

You will also manage virtual and local hiring events, negotiate offers, and provide coaching and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Duties and Responsibilities: Create, post and manage strategic requisitions for online job boards (including social media) manually and via the ATS Identify and prioritize current recruiting needs at various sites domestic and international Proactively source candidates for current openings through various means including employee or client referrals, previous placements, and the ATS Pre-screen and coach qualified candidates to effectively present to our Client Companies Act as liaison between candidates and the hiring manager to set up interviews, perform reference checks, administer proficiency tests and facilitate the electronic completion of the new hire paperwork Initiate background and drug screens for potential new hires via background screening providers such as A-Check Global and DISA Utilize software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and OneNote; G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Voice, etc.), Job Diva to track candidate progress Create and present various reports, including MRA presentations Participate in weekly or bi-weekly meetings to fully understand the staffing needs, company structure and hiring processes Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal departments including but not limited to Corporate OBC HR, Safety, and Operational leadership Adhere to the company's policy and procedures and current employment laws and practices Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's preferred or 3 years of relevant experience preferred 1 to 3 years Full Desk experience in Engineering, IT, Scientific, R&D, Finance, clearly communicating your experience in the following areas: Networking and cold calling Clarifying hiring needs Posting job descriptions Determining timelines Sourcing candidates Presenting candidates to hiring managers Extending and negotiating offers Subsequent new hire process Ability to display excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills including ATS, MS Dynamics, Visio, MS Suite Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work Proficiency in database management and record keeping Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Base Salary Incentive Plan Medical, dental, vision and supplementary insurance plans 401(k) Plan Paid Vacation Paid Personal Time Off About Us: On-Board was founded in 1976 by Robert L.
