Job Description Job Overview: Automatica NA is the new US division of Automatica Automation and Control Technologies Ltd, that began in 1995.

We are seeking Full-Time Machine Assembly Technicians for our new Westerville, OH location.

The Machine Assembly Tech will start at a salary of $43,000-$52,000 (BOE), including the Benefits shown below.

Will report to the site manager and be under the general supervision of the Quality Management team at Automatica HQ in Kefar Sava, Israel.

Benefits of the Machine Assembly Technician:Comprehensive health, dental and vision insuranceA retirement plan w/company matchPTO & HolidaysTraining Support Machine Assembly Tech's Daily Responsibilities: (Included, but not limited to)Ensure that all machine product components are correctly assembled according to technical specifications, blueprints, or schematics.Fabricating and Installing Parts: Use hand tools, power tools, and machines to fabricate or modify parts and components for machine assembly.Perform tasks such as welding, grinding, and machining when necessary.Testing and Calibration: Test machines and equipment after assembly to ensure functionality and safety standards are met.Calibrate machinery as needed, adjusting settings to ensure proper operation and performance.Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in mechanical systems or machinery.Quality Control and Inspection: Conduct regular inspections and tests on completed machinery to ensure it meets required standards and specifications.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of parts, materials used, and work completed.

Qualifications for Success:High school diploma or GED required.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machine shop equipment such as drills, lathes, and milling machines.Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and machine components.Problem solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.Minimum 1 year experience in a lead role in an industrial manufacturing environment.Electrical experience and wiring is a plus but not required.Experience in industrial maintenance, service technician, or military background with maintenance or electrical experience a plus!U.S citizen or permanent resident required Company Overview: Automatica NA is the new US division of Automatica Automation and Control Technologies Ltd.
