Livestream Recruiter host

Location: On-site Irvine strongly preferred, or Remote if you have very strong experience

Hours: 3 hours/day (flexible schedule)

We’re looking for an experienced Live Streaming Host or Operations Specialist to join our team as a Livestream Recruiter host. You’ll be the face of our official TikTok partner account, using live sessions to educate, engage, and recruit potential new streamers into our creator community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Host daily live streams (3 hours/day) on our official account

Share industry knowledge, answer questions, and promote the benefits of joining our creator program

Build trust and attract aspiring streamers through engaging content and conversation

Support the team by helping new creators understand how to get started

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in live streaming (TikTok experience preferred)

Confident on camera, with excellent communication skills

Deep understanding of the creator economy and live streaming trends

Comfortable with outreach and community-building through live content
