Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist in Paterson, NJ. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation and quoting, quoting web inquiries and house accounts, and maintaining customer satisfaction from the Paterson, NJ location. The target customers would include producers of well-known products in food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, detergents and other industries. Very little travel and only to trade shows.

Qualifications

3 years Inside Sales experience for B-B companies ideally with a related industry.

Lead Generation capabilities

Strong Communication skills

Demonstrated Sales Hunter

Excellent interpersonal skills for connecting with customers.

Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently

Previous experience in sales or customer service

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
