Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the opening and daily operations of a new dual-brand retail space for La Coqueta and Flabelus in the prestigious Charleston Place Hotel. This is a unique opportunity to represent two elegant, European lifestyle brands under one roof — La Coqueta, known for timeless luxury children’s wear, and Flabelus, a Spanish artisanal footwear brand with sustainable values and distinctive flair.
The successful candidate will act as brand ambassador for both labels, seamlessly integrating their identities, managing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Sales Management
· Drive sales and meet revenue targets across both brands.
· Lead, coach, and motivate a unified sales team to deliver exceptional service and embody each brand’s values.
· Analyze store performance metrics (KPIs) and adapt strategies accordingly.
· Actively promote both brands locally through networking and community engagement.
· Provide customer insights and product performance feedback to the head offices.
Customer Experience
· Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience reflective of both brands’ identities.
· Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, nurturing long-term relationships.
· Ensure staff are fully trained in product knowledge and brand storytelling for La Coqueta and Flabelus.
Operations & Visual Merchandising
· Oversee all store operations including scheduling, opening/closing, stock handling, cash reconciliation, and reporting.
· Ensure merchandising and store layout are aligned with both brands' visual guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
· Liaise with visual merchandising and marketing teams to execute in-store activations.
Inventory & Stock Management
· Manage deliveries, transfers, and inventory for both product lines, maintaining optimal stock levels.
· Conduct weekly stock checks and annual inventories.
· Implement effective loss prevention procedures.
HR & Administration
· Recruit, onboard, and manage store team members.
· Create and manage staff rotas aligned with peak traffic and operational needs.
· Maintain staff records, track attendance, and submit payroll and leave data to HQ monthly.
· Collaborate with UK-based HQ on training, reporting, and process improvements.
Who You Are
· Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium or luxury retail environment.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
· Professional, polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
· Customer-focused with a deep understanding of luxury service expectations.
· Highly organized, self-motivated, and confident in managing a store independently.
· Knowledge of inventory systems, retail operations, and visual merchandising.
· Comfortable reporting into and collaborating with remote UK-based headquarters.
