Senior Project Architect/PM - Responsibilities

Lead project planning, design, and client meetings

Oversee consultant coordination, permitting, and approvals

Develop site plans, renderings, and specifications

Manage construction administration, including RFIs and submittals

Support business development and proposal creation

Senior Project Architect/PM - Requirements

Licensure track or Licensed Architect with a professional architectural degree

Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Experience managing projects from concept to completion

Proficiency in architectural principles, codes, and best practices
