Key Responsibilities

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices in software engineering.

Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs to support a high-volume SaaS platform.

Build scalable, efficient, and reliable systems using GoLang as the primary programming language.

Build AI stacks, including prompt tuning, semantic search, and agentic workflows.

Architect and implement cloud infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, applying fixes and ensuring high availability.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Stay current with industry trends and technologies, recommending new tools and methodologies for ongoing improvement.

Skills and Experiences

Strong systems programming skills in languages such as Golang (preferred), Python, Java, C#, or C/C++.

Deep understanding of cloud-native application patterns, including cost, scale, multi-tenancy and security considerations.

Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Vector databases is an added advantage.

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Containers.

Familiarity with CI/CD best practices.

Familiarity with cloud programming - either GCP or AWS.

Exposure to LLM technologies, including prompt tuning, semantic search, and agentic patterns is an added advantage.Competence

Ability to collaborate effectively in small but geographically distributed team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-driven, with rigor for building and improving platforms and systems.

Candidate Profile

A minimum of two years’ relevant engineering experience (experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply - we are hiring at multiple levels of seniority).

Strong educational background in computer science or related field from a top University.

Experience in start-ups or companies with a culture of innovation and fast pace.

Proven track record of impact and growth within the organization.
