Data Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for experienced Master Data Management (MDM) engineers to join our team and drive the implementation of enterprise-wide data strategies. You'll play a critical role in managing master data across our CRM and ERP ecosystems, ensuring data integrity and enabling business transformation through modern data solutions.

What You'll Do

Design and implement master data management strategies across multiple platforms

Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data integration workflows

Establish data governance frameworks and quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs

Develop business rules and data validation processes within our modern data stack

What We're Looking For

Proven expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), preferably with Syncari

Strong background in data engineering and ETL pipeline development

Experience with data governance and quality management

Hands-on experience with:

Salesforce CRM and Customer Success platforms

Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP

Azure Databricks

Python and JavaScript/Node.js

Demonstrated ability in cross-system integration projects
