What You’ll Do

Drive our technical vision through cross-functional collaboration

Lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects

Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale our codebase, productivity, and team

Recruit, interview, and develop high-caliber engineers, and foster a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility

Engage with customers to inspire and solve their most challenging problems

What You Need

A minimum of 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record leading and delivering high-quality products at scale

Must have extensive experience with Python and/or Typescript

A strong desire to work at an early-stage company, building systems and processes from the ground up

Willingness to engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and translate them into engineering solutions

Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment

A commitment to continuously grow and master your craft, with a relentless focus on customer pain points and how to address them
