Software Engineer

Terrakotta is on a mission to transform the $1 trillion commercial real estate industry with intelligent sales automation. We build cutting-edge tools that empower brokers and investors to prospect faster, research smarter, and close more deals-using AI-driven workflows.

We're looking for a full stack engineer who can ship product end-to-end: someone who can move quickly from mockups to production code, iterate based on feedback, and own meaningful pieces of the platform.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and ship full stack features that power our core product ( React, Tailwind CSS, and Python )

Work closely with the founder and design team to deliver high-impact updates weekly

Architect product roadmap for new product lines

Qualifications

Proven ability to build and ship complete features end-to-end

Comfort working with REST APIs and modern frontend frameworks

Self-motivated, fast-paced builder comfortable in an early-stage environment

Bonus: experience with AWS, OpenAI APIs, or geospatial data is a plus
