Drive project success across timelines, supply chains, and system integration

Lead technical design reviews and support rapid prototyping cycles

Source and evaluate key components to support both prototyping and production

Lead hiring for the electrolyzer team and contribute to mentoring and development of engineering talent

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering discipline

5+ years in mechanical design and analysis

2+ years working with hydrogen systems or electrolyzer technologies

Proven track record in managing engineering projects from concept to production

Strong problem-solving skills, with a bias for practical and elegant engineering solutions

Experience designing parts for high-volume manufacturing (e.g., injection molding)

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with high-volume production and sourcing across diverse supply chains

Experience qualifying systems for harsh or outdoor environments

Working knowledge of international engineering standards
