School Marketing Coordinator

EF Education First is an international and dynamic organization, and we are currently looking for a marketing and communication talent who is passionate about travelling and has own experience of travelling, studying and/or living abroad. The role is a full-time position where you will spend your time mostly on the road visiting schools all around Denmark.

This is a fun and dynamic role where you’ll travel across the country, visit many different schools, and build a strong network with teachers and school-leaders across Denmark. You’ll develop valuable public speaking skills by regularly presenting to large groups, something that quickly becomes second nature. At the same time, you’ll help strengthen EF’s brand awareness and gain hands-on experience in marketing and outreach, making a real impact on how EF is seen by students and schools nationwide.

As a School Marketing Coordinator, you will help drive our efforts towards Danish schools by:

Setting up school visits for 8th to 10th graders, presenting the opportunities and experiences that EF has to offer

Travelling around Denmark to hold presentations/lectures at schools, sharing all the benefits of going abroad with EF and exploring the world

Planning and executing on fairs and brand-awareness events

Representing the EF brand and the opportunities we offer

Being involved in other marketing tasks alongside your school visits, both online and offline campaigns

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for someone who has recently graduated from a relevant education within marketing, sales, communication or similar. You are confident, self-driven and eager to take on an exciting challenge with a high level of independence.

You easily identify with the following:

Travelling is a big part of you and we look forward to hear some anecdotes and learn how travelling has shaped you as a person!

Reaching targets excites you and you always go the extra mile and have a “hands-on” approach to get things done

Great communication skills and likes speaking in front of people

Fluent Danish verbally and written, and proficient in English (written and spoken)

Likes personal initiative and loves taking responsibility

Drivers licence
