A plastic molding company in San Bernardino, CA. is looking for a reliable Machine Operator Helper with strong attention to detail and previous manufacturing experience. Ideal candidates are comfortable working in hot, loud environments and have experience using hand and power tools.

$18/hr. MondayFriday, 6:00am2:30pm

Temp-to-hire opportunity

Responsibilities:

Read production charts to prep materials and buckets for upcoming jobs

Accurately weigh/count materials and avoid cross-contamination

Keep work and weighing areas clean and organized

Stock machine bins with inserts and graphics per production specs

Assist with removing screws/bolts and cleaning mold flanges

Apply mold release as directed to maintain product quality

Inspect molded parts for quality, date, weigh, and initial items

Organize and stack finished parts in designated areas, keep machine platforms tidy with tools and supplies

Work with teammates to maintain machine cycle times

May assist with mold setup as needed

Follow all safety, attendance, and operational guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be able to operator power and hand tools

Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English, bilingual is a plus

Attention to detail, meticulous and thorough

Highschool diploma or GED

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers

Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. regularly

Must be comfortable working a loud and hot environment
