The Job

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable server-side logic

Design and manage APIs and integrate with third-party services

Optimize database queries and structures for performance and reliability

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements

Write clean, secure, and testable code with proper documentation

Troubleshoot and debug applications in production and staging environments

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions

Ideal Candidate

Tech Stack We Use:

Languages: Node.js, Python, PHP (depending on the project)

Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

Frameworks: Express.js, Django, Laravel (project-based)

Tools: Docker, Git, REST APIs, AWS/GCP

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in back-end development

Strong knowledge of server-side technologies and API design

Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration in a remote setting

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred)
