The Job
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling, emails, and internal communications
Organize and maintain company files and records
Support HR, finance, and content teams with administrative tasks

Handle data entry and maintain CRM or project management tools

Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, or Notion
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
