Portfolio Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Portfolio Strategist to join our clients Portfolio Management team. In this role, you will work closely with the Investment Committee and the Director of Portfolio Management to support the firm’s mission of delivering high-quality investment solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for a range of analytical, research, and administrative tasks related to the evaluation and management of our proprietary investment models.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and apply the firm’s proprietary portfolio management tools and processes

Support the development and implementation of investment strategies

Conduct comprehensive investment research and perform data analysis to inform portfolio decisions

Assist portfolio managers with trade execution and audit functions for managed accounts

Generate detailed reports on portfolio performance and market trends

Contribute to client presentations and investment committee materials

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

2+ years of experience in portfolio construction, wealth management, or investment advisory

Series 7 & 66 licenses required within the first 6 months of employment

Interest in pursuing or currently working toward CIMA or CFA certifications is preferred

Skills & Attributes

Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience structuring and organizing large datasets

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly

Team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Genuine interest in portfolio management and investment research
