Licensed Practical Nurse / Supervisor - Weekend Days

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Per Diem weekend shifts (morning and evening) in Haverstraw, NY.

Responsibilities include collecting resident admission info, recording health details such as vitals, administering medications and injections, treating wounds, supervising CNAs, assisting with personal hygiene, and monitoring food and liquid intake.

Candidates must have a valid LPN license, be in good standing with the State Registry, and work well within a team.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a 180-bed skilled nursing and assisted living facility with scenic views of the Hudson River, providing short-term rehab and long-term care.
