Sr. UX UI Designer

Job Description

Required Years’ Experience:

· Minimum 6 years of experience building components and working with design systems in Figma.

Skills:

· Experience building production ready screens for Android and iOS devices in Figma

· Experience building, using, maintaining, and advocating for design systems.

· Experience designing enterprise SaaS products.

· Proficiency with standard design, prototyping and productivity tools, including Figma, Jira and Adobe Creative Suite.

A clear understanding of what constitutes superior design and the drive to continually elevate standards.

Demonstrable experience in designing, prototyping and launching exceptional end-to-end experiences.

Ability to distill complex information and requirements into simple flows.

Sound knowledge of web and mobile UI technologies.

Eagerness to deeply understand customers and their needs.

Thorough knowledge of usability and accessibility standards.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain your design decisions.

Enthusiasm for design craftsmanship and a commitment to stay inspired.
