Role Overview

We're searching for a skilled WordPress Webmaster to manage and scale our website’s design, functionality, performance, and analytics. This is a high-impact role that will shape how our audience interacts with our platform. From site maintenance to launching new features, your expertise will ensure our online presence remains cutting-edge, user-friendly, and secure.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain responsive, mobile-optimized pages using WordPress

Manage and optimize e-commerce features, including plugin configuration and secure transactions

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to implement SEO-friendly structures

️ Conduct performance monitoring and analytics reporting to drive user engagement

️ Develop custom functionalities with HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript

Implement and analyze web traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console

️ Lead small-scale web projects from concept to completion

Ensure all security and backup protocols are followed

Qualifications

️ Proficiency in WordPress, including popular builders like Elementor or WPBakery

️ Strong understanding of web design principles, responsive layouts, and UI/UX best practices

️ Experience with WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms

️ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

️ Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager

️ Comfortable managing web hosting, domains, and DNS

️ Proven project management experience, especially in a remote environment

️ Ability to work independently and take initiative

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
