CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of materials, interpreting blueprints, and using measuring tools to ensure products meet exact specifications.

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis) according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Load raw materials and select the appropriate tools and settings for machining tasks.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.

Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety protocols.

Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance teams to optimize machining processes.
