We are seeking an Assembler to support production efforts on a high-impact program for our client in the aerospace and defense sector.
Work Hours:
First shift 5am to 4pm.
Second shift 4pm to 2am.
Position Summary:
The Assembler will perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks in a clean room environment. You’ll be part of a team working on some of the most advanced electronic systems in the industry. This role involves assembling and modifying production subassemblies while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and quality.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of High School or Trade School education
Basic experience in electromechanical assembly
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and process plans
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience assembling parts for electromechanical equipment
Ability to self-inspect completed work for accuracy
Familiarity with clean room protocols
Experience using fixtures, solder reflow ovens, and semi-automatic pick-and-place machines
Manual soldering or epoxy of electrical components
Ability to inspect materials for imperfections before use
Basic computer skills, including MRP and data collection software
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving production processes
