Job Description
Adecco is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Vendor Billing Processor to join our dynamic Finance team. In this key role, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our vendor invoicing and payment processes. You’ll handle a high volume of invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive vendor relationships—contributing directly to the smooth financial operations of our company.Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process vendor invoices by matching with purchase orders, receiving documents, and contracts.
Verify invoice details such as pricing, quantities, terms, and payment data.
Route invoices to appropriate departments for timely review and approval.
Enter invoice information into the accounting system with a high level of precision.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with vendors and internal departments.
Communicate invoice statuses and resolve payment inquiries with vendors professionally.
Prepare and process vendor payments according to company policies and schedules.
Support month-end close activities and assist in internal/external audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to accounts payable and vendor management.
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in accounts payable, vendor billing, or a related financial role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
High-speed, accurate data entry skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and collaborative, with a strong work ethic and willingness to take direction.
Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
